The property’s existing roof was reaching the end of its functional lifespan, with failing tiles, weakened underlay, and repeated leaks affecting internal ceilings during heavy rain. Ongoing patch repairs were no longer providing a reliable fix.

We completed a full roof replacement, carefully stripping the old covering and installing a new breathable membrane system with treated battens. A brand-new tiled roof was fitted, along with renewed leadwork, verge detailing, and ridge components to ensure a fully watertight and durable finish.
