The existing roof was beyond economical repair due to age-related deterioration and recurring issues with water ingress. The customer required a complete replacement to ensure long-term protection and reliability.

We carried out a full strip of the existing roof covering, installed new breathable underlay, treated battens, and fitted a completely new tiled roofing system. All associated leadwork and finishing details were completed to modern standards to ensure durability and weather resistance.
